These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "Customer", "You") and Goddess Energy Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By purchasing any services or products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms.

1. Intellectual Property

 All materials provided, including spell workings & instructions, PDFs, coaching content, reiki, spiritual readings, digital downloads, rituals, packages and courses remain the sole property of Goddess Energy Ltd. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, resale, sharing, or public distribution—whether free or paid—is strictly prohibited. Each violation of this clause will result in a minimum contractual penalty of £1,000 per breach, and legal proceedings will be initiated to recover losses and protect intellectual property rights.

2. Privacy and Confidentiality

 We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All client data is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Information shared in readings, coaching, or spellwork is held in strict confidence unless disclosure is required by law.

 

3. Website Use

 All website content, including design, layout, copywriting, spell descriptions, and user interfaces, are the intellectual property of the Company. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or use any content without express written consent.

 

4. Account Security

 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The Company is not liable for any unauthorised access due to your failure to secure your details.

 

5. Technical Failures

 We are not responsible for service interruptions or delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including server outages, third-party platform failures, or connectivity issues.

 

6. Digital Downloads

 Where a service includes access to downloadable materials, you are responsible for accessing, downloading, and backing up these files. No refunds will be issued once the digital file has been provided or attempted to be delivered.

 

7. Communications Consent

By purchasing, you agree to receive necessary transactional communications related to your order. You may opt in or out of marketing communications separately. We will not share or sell your data to third parties.

 

8. Pricing and Currency

 All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes where relevant. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. You are responsible for any currency conversion or international processing fees.

 

9. Third-Party Links

 Our content may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use is at your own risk.

10. No Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke, digital, and energetic nature of our services, all sales are final. Once your booking has been placed and any part of the work has commenced—whether through energy preparation, ritual planning, or delivery of digital content—your payment becomes strictly non-refundable. This refund policy is clearly stated at checkout, where written and checkbox confirmation (by you, the customer) is required prior to payment. By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exempts customised and digital services from statutory cancellation rights.You also acknowledge and accept that dissatisfaction with outcomes, perceived results, or energetic experiences does not constitute valid grounds for a refund or dispute. Knowingly initiating a false fraud claim or misrepresenting a legitimate purchase as unauthorised is considered a breach of contract and may result in legal proceedings and referral to collection services. The Company reserves the right to submit all records, client consent, and digital evidence to the relevant financial institution.

 

11. Disputes and Chargebacks

By purchasing any service or product, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or reversals through your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor (including but not limited to Stripe and PayPal). All concerns must be addressed directly with the Company using our official communication channels.

In the event that an unauthorised or unjustified chargeback is initiated, the Company reserves the right to submit comprehensive evidence to the relevant payment provider. This may include but is not limited to: timestamped correspondence, email records, service notes, IP addresses, client confirmation at checkout, and evidence of delivery or service initiation. A full copy of these Terms and Conditions, as accepted by you at the time of purchase, will also be submitted as legal evidence of your contractual agreement.

You further agree that should a chargeback be pursued in breach of these Terms, and the Company incurs any processing, legal, or administrative fees as a result, you will be held financially liable. An invoice will be issued for such costs, payable within 30 days. Failure to remit payment may result in legal action and referral to debt collection services without further notice. Knowingly initiating a fraudulent or unlawful chargeback constitutes a breach of contract and may result in enforcement proceedings through the appropriate legal channels.​

12. Nature of Services 

All services provided by the Company—including spellwork, rituals, psychic readings, reiki, coaching, packages and other spiritual or energetic offerings—are provided strictly for novelty and entertainment purposes. Goddess Energy Ltd does not guarantee results. By their nature, spiritual and energetic services involve variables beyond our control. Clients accept that results may vary from person to person and are influenced by many factors, both energetic and situational. As such, no specific outcome can ever be promised. If you are not comfortable proceeding without guaranteed results—due to the inherently unpredictable nature of energy work—then this service is not suitable for you. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this.

These services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

 

13. Commercial Use Prohibited 

Services and products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, sell, repackage, or redistribute any service or material provided by the Company.

 

14. Termination of Access

 We reserve the right to revoke access to content or services without refund if these Terms are breached.

 

15. Entire Agreement 

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and the Company. No verbal statements or prior agreements shall be binding unless documented in writing.

 

16. Acceptance of Terms

 By purchasing, you confirm that you & any persons involved are over 18 and agree to these legally binding Terms in full.

 

17. Impersonation and Third-Party Scams 

Goddess Energy Ltd is aware of individuals and accounts impersonating our business on social media platforms with the intent to scam followers. You acknowledge that you are responsible for verifying the authenticity of any communication, offer, or account claiming to represent us. We will never request payment via personal DMs, third-party apps, or informal channels.

We are not liable for any loss, data breach, or payments made to fraudulent parties. You engage with and pay third parties at your own risk. If you encounter impersonation or fraud, report it to the relevant platform immediately and notify us directly.

 

18. Governing Law

 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

19. Amendments

 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Force Majeure

 The Company shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of services resulting from events beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to: illness, death, natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, internet failure, or force majeure events. In such cases, services may be delayed or rescheduled at our discretion.

 

21. Limitation of Liability

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any product or service. This includes but is not limited to: emotional distress, financial loss, missed opportunities, relationship outcomes, or perceived lack of results. You accept full personal responsibility for how you interpret and apply the services provided.

 

22. Legal Disclaimer 

All spiritual and metaphysical services are intended for entertainment purposes only. Clients are encouraged to seek professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters. The Company shall not be held liable for any decisions made as a result of engaging with our services.

 

23. Right to Refuse Services

 We reserve the right to decline or cancel services at any stage if we believe, at our sole discretion, that a client is abusive, misaligned with our ethics, dishonest, or in breach of these Terms. Where services have not yet commenced, a refund may be offered but not guaranteed. Where any component of the service has begun—including spell preparation or energy scanning—no refund will be provided. We also reserve the right to block or remove access to services, platforms, or future offerings for such individuals.

24. Service Delivery

 All services are provided digitally and remotely, via email, messaging platforms, or secure online systems. Upon receipt of payment, services are queued and performed within the stated delivery window. Services such as spellwork or readings are considered delivered once energy has been cast, your name and intention added to a ritual, or a reading has been completed and sent. You are responsible for checking spam or junk folders, maintaining access to your email, and providing accurate contact information. No refunds will be issued for missed communications or inaccessible digital files once sent.​
