You don’t need to set aside a specific time — the healing will flow to you naturally, often while you rest or sleep. Many people notice feeling lighter, calmer, or more energized afterwards. Others find they feel deeply relaxed and may even sleep more than usual as their body processes the healing.
It’s important to drink plenty of water after a session, as Reiki helps release energetic and emotional blockages, and hydration supports the body in grounding and clearing away toxins.

Your Reiki session(s) will be performed during the day, with the energy sent directly to you—ready to be received at your leisure (often most powerfully while you sleep). You may choose between a single session for immediate healing, or a 5-session package for the most powerful and lasting results.
All Reiki sessions are completed within 7–10 business days after purchase but please allow up to 14 business days due to high demand.
